We are looking for motivated individuals who provide excellent customer service while maintaining an organized queue of internal tasks as a Customer Retention Specialist.

Description

A Customer Retention Specialist is responsible for devising our approach to win over our customers and raise the retention rate. You will be assigned to help our customers find the best solution from our services and improve their loyalty. A CRS also leads internal cross-team meetings, ensures continuity between pre-sales and Customer Success, coordinates with cross teams to meet objectives, and provides the best solution to the customer.

Requirements

  • Advanced in English
  • Experienced web hosting user or owning a website
  • Solid experiences in the utilization of multiple marketing channels
  • Comprehension of best practice in retention strategy
  • Profound task-management skill
  • Exceptional persuasive and problem-solving skills geared toward customer's satisfaction
